New Rox 2" pivoting risers for the 2019+ R1250GS and 2013-2018 R1200GS Liquid Cooled bikes that come with the larger diameter 1 ¼” handlebars. These risers will NOT work on the older R1200GS. The risers come with caps to replace your OEM clamping caps. Rox had to build their our own caps to clamp the risers because the OEM caps are too tall.  Additionally, they wanted to make sure all stock cables and brake lines could be used with these risers. Making this riser a 2" rise and supplying replacement caps was the best way to accomplish both. Anodized Clear. Always check and confirm that your vehicle has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers. 

You will need to cut (at least) one factory cable tie to provide additional slack and move both the clutch and brake lines outside of the fork tubes.  This can be done by lowering the fork tubes from the triple clamp which requires a 14mm socket and 22mm open-ended wrench to loosen the retaining nut.  Once the lines are outside the forks and the fork tubes are reinstalled and tightened, you will want to cable tie the lines to the frame to prevent pinching or movement on turns.  Please see the pictures for additional detail.
