Product Returns

Need to return or exchange something you purchased at ADV Motorrad? No problem! We can exchange or return most new, unused, and never installed products within 30 days of delivery with an approved RMA. Please complete the return request form below and you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and next steps.

All returns must be in original, unused condition, and saleable as new. Used, installed, blemished, or incomplete items will not be able to be accepted for return or refund. Special order items and/or discounted or closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance to protect against damage in transit if desired.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and we will contact you if there are any questions.

If you choose to exchange or credit, the full amount of the product purchase price will be applied to the replacement product, or kept as a store credit on your account for future orders. If you prefer a refund, the product purchase price amount less a 10% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 days. Any returned orders originally sent with "Free Shipping" may have an additional fee assessed to offset the actual shipping expense.
