These panniers picked up some very shallow depressions in the end panels at the lid latches when they were dropped on their sides by the freight company.  If you know what you're looking for and hold them at the right angle in the right light, you may be able to notice the issue...we tend to be very conservative on what we consider damage.  Functionality and waterproofness is not affected at all, and a few minutes worth of work with a block of wood and mallet will largely resolve the issue.  Save $50 each off the cost of new!  Final sale item.
