Lightweight Adventure-Ready Design • Dual-Lock Quick-Release System • Premium Weather Protection

Designed and engineered in Barcelona, the SHAD TERRA TR40 soft adventure saddlebags offer 64 liters of total capacity (32 L per side) with a rugged quick-release system that securely mounts to SHAD’s 3P or 4P fitting platforms. The TR40 combines lightweight construction with excellent usability and durability, making it ideal for off-road touring, mixed-terrain travel, or riders prioritizing soft-luggage versatility with hard-mount convenience.

The TR40 system earned the ABC Award 2022, recognizing its innovative safety, durability, and travel-focused design.

Why Riders Choose the TERRA TR40

A secure, soft-luggage solution with the benefits of a mounted pannier—fast to remove, weather-sealed, highly adjustable, lockable, and reinforced for rugged travel.

Secure Mounting & Premium Adventure Materials

The TR40 integrates SHAD’s patent-pending Double Locking System, allowing each bag to lock to the mount while simultaneously locking access to the interior—an uncommon security advantage in soft luggage.

Paired with abrasion-resistant textiles, reinforced stitching, molded base structure, and fully waterproof internal liners, the TR40 delivers performance similar to aluminum systems without the added weight.
