SHAD 4P + TERRA TR40 Soft Pannier System

Complete Adventure Touring Setup • Lightweight Soft Luggage • Bike-Specific Fitment

Build a versatile, adventure-ready luggage system with the SHAD 4P Side Case Mounting Structure paired with SHAD TERRA TR40 soft panniers. Designed for riders who prioritize durability, flexibility, and reduced weight, this system delivers excellent load stability, secure mounting, and all-weather protection—while maintaining a clean, motorcycle-specific installation.

Whether you’re tackling long-distance touring, gravel roads, backcountry routes, or everyday riding, this combination offers a rugged yet lightweight alternative to aluminum cases—without compromising strength or reliability.

A Reinforced Mounting System + Advanced Soft Luggage

SHAD’s 4P System provides a rigid, 4-point mounting structure engineered for demanding adventure use. Its reinforced design minimizes flex and improves stability, making it ideal for uneven terrain, loaded touring, and mixed on-/off-road riding.

Paired with the TERRA TR40 soft panniers, you get a highly adaptable system built around impact-resistant materials, waterproof roll-top construction, and a secure dual-locking interface that integrates seamlessly with the 4P racks.

The result: a tough, lightweight pannier setup that installs cleanly and performs in real-world adventure conditions.

Key Benefits of the Combined System

✔ True Adventure-Focused Stability

The 4P structure distributes load evenly across both sides of the bike, enhancing control and stability on pavement, gravel, and rough terrain.

✔ Lightweight & Impact-Resistant Design

TR40 soft panniers reduce overall system weight while offering improved resilience during drops or tip-overs compared to rigid cases.

✔ Secure Locking & Quick Removal

The Double Locking System secures the bags to the 4P racks while also locking access to contents. Panniers remove quickly for travel stops or storage.

✔ Waterproof Roll-Top Protection

Dual roll-top inner and outer bags provide excellent waterproofing for gear in rain, mud, and dust.

✔ Bike-Specific Fitment

Each 4P mounting kit is engineered for your exact motorcycle—no cutting, drilling, or universal adapters required.
