The Hepco & Becker Xplorer Pannier System for the 1090 / 1190 / 1290 Super Adventure (2013-2020) incorporates the exhaust cutout Side Carrier racks and Xplorer side cases in a 40L / 37L configuration.  This will provide a more symmetrical fitment than pannier systems that do not utilize an exhaust cut-out.

The Side Carrier is a fixed side rack bolted on to your bike that allows you to attach the Xplorer exhaust-cut cases offered by Hepco & Becker. Every Side Carrier is custom designed for each individual model bike. These racks are made of high-quality steel tubing finished in black powdercoat or electroplated silver (dependent on application). All racks are easy to install with basic hand tools and come with the required hardware and installation instructions.

The elegant and rugged Xplorer cases have become one of Hepco & Becker’s top selling products since being introduced only a couple years ago. They are made of 1.5 mm thick anodized aluminum and ABS plastic to combine the best of both worlds. The aluminum has been anodized to prevent corrosion especially when putting wet items in the case. The plastic has been designed to absorb impacts. The angled structure of the cases provides for enhanced strength and durability. A clever lid hinge makes it so that you can remove the lid completely if needed making this is a top loader case that folds up to 90° for maximum access. Tie down points are molded into the top of the case allowing for additional attachment of H&B top bags or other luggage.

The Xplorer range of cases is available in natural anodized aluminum or black anodized aluminum. The construction includes impact resistant moldings, which are riveted to the aluminum with a generous feed of sealant to ensure a watertight seal. All the Xplorer bags come with integrated carrying handles.
