BUMOT luggage is handcrafted in Bulgaria and is designed for the rider who demands the most durable and functional luggage for their adventure touring.

The BUMOT Defender EVO rear luggage system for the DesertX / Rally is designed to be the most capable on the market.  The galvanized and powdercoated tubular steel rack provides a strong foundation to install either the Defender EVO top case mounting plate or the soft luggage rack. 

The Defender EVO mounting plate is made from 3mm steel and provides quick release functionality to install a BUMOT Defender EVO 30L or 43L top case.  All hardware to install the rear rack and top case mount to the bike, as well as mount the top case to the mounting plate is included.  This top case mount is only compatible with Defender EVO top cases and is not compatible with earlier BUMOT top cases.  With the top case mounting plate as a base, you can quickly install the optional BUMOT Soft Luggage Adapter to interchange between your EVO top case and soft luggage within seconds.

The soft luggage rack is constructed from a single piece of laser cut 4mm aluminum.  The cutouts are shaped to accommodate a wide variety of straps and hooks to secure whatever luggage or larger items you need to carry.  Each cutout and all edges are machined to eliminate wear on straps even on longer rides.  The rack is pre-drilled for Rotopax mounts so you can easily carry fuel and water packs.  Installation is quick and easy with the included hardware.  Please note - the soft luggage plate has no provisions to install a top case.  If you want to use an EVO top case and interchange to soft luggage, please order the top case mount and soft luggage adapter.
